On Saturday September 5th 1998 manager Barry Fry watched his Peterborough United team defeat one of his former clubs, Barnet, 9-1 at  Underhill. It was Peterborough's record League victory, the record away score in the Third Division and Guiliano Grazioli's five goals was also a club record. Just to show that result was no fluke Posh's next highest score (5-2) in the season was against Barnet in the home fixture.
