For the fifth time in their history Lincoln City lost their Football League place, finishing second-to-bottom of the League they were relegated along with Stockport County, their places being taken by Blue Square Conference promoted clubs Crawley Town and AFC Wimbledon 2010/11 Conference table and play-off results.
